ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm — someone meets you on location and hands over the keys in person.
Check-out: 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
Arriving outside those hours? Let us know in advance and we'll work it out.

WHO CAN STAY
Minimum age to book: 18.
Children aged 4 and over are welcome. Ages 4 to 11 stay free of charge.
We don't have cots or extra beds.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking.
Pets are allowed on request — talk to us before booking.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

FEES
Cleaning fee: BRL 150 per stay, not included in the nightly rate.

LONG STAYS
We accept stays of more than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 90. Get in touch for special terms.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Free Wi-Fi in common areas, air conditioning, TV with streaming, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, and 24-hour building security.
